FOA Amazon Sync — Privacy Policy

What it does. FOA Amazon Sync imports your Amazon order history into your Financial Order Academy (FOA) Command Center account, at your direction, so your purchases can be categorized inside FOA's coaching tools.

What it accesses. When you click Sync, the extension reads your Amazon order list and invoice pages in your own signed-in browser session. It never sees or stores your Amazon password.

What it transmits. Order numbers, order and ship dates, item names, quantities, and amounts are sent over HTTPS to your own FOA account, authenticated by a pairing code you generated. Nothing is transmitted anywhere else.

What it stores. Your FOA pairing code is stored locally in your browser. Order data is stored in your FOA account, protected by row-level security so it is visible only to you and your FOA coach.

What it does not do. No advertising, no analytics, no sale or sharing of data with third parties, no background activity — it runs only when you click Sync. Revoking the pairing code in FOA Settings disables the extension immediately; uninstalling it removes the locally stored code.
